Adventure Roamers is all about fun. We will be taking a week to explore the Oregon Coast while having a blast with new friends. We will be staying at a house close to the beach and including two meals each day.
For our Oregon 2020 group, here are the actives we have planned:
1- Tillamook Head Hike | Tuesday, September 8
Tillamook Head Hike is one of the most beautiful, iconic, hikes in Oregon. We will be taking this incredible hike from Indian Beach to Seaside. A one way trip through some of the most beautiful trails in Oregon. We will finish out the day checking out the town of Seaside. This will be the ultimate kick-start to a great week.
2- Short Sands Beach | Wednesday, September 9
Oregon has endless beaches. So many beaches are unique to themselves, Short Sands is one of the best. This beach is best for boogie boarding and surfing. So come ready for a day at the best beach. If you don't want to surf or boogie, its a great place to enjoy the beach life.
3- Crabbing 🦀 | Thursday, September 10
Ever watch the show Deadliest Catch? Well, now is your chance to catch some of your own 🦀. At Kelly's Marina, they let us take charge of every aspect of catching crab. We will have our own boats to man, drive, throw crab pots, catch crab, cook, and eat, all in the same day! This is one of the most fun things you can do while in Oregon. You won't want to miss this!
4- Indian beach - low tide adventure | Friday, September 11
We are surrounded by water and decided to take advantage of it. We will be exploring the coastline of one of the most incredible beach lines in Oregon. The number of things you will find and see on our low tide hike will be mind-blowing. Bring your sunglasses, sunscreen, and camera!
And Cannon Beach | Friday afternoon/evening
We will also be stopping at the famous Cannon beach to see Haystack Rock. This is one for the books. This will be an unforgettable day with some unforgettable views and discoveries.
5- Astoria, Oregon| Saturday, September 12
Astoria - the town we all learned about from The Goonies. This charming town takes you back to the '80s. We will head up to the Astor Column and check out the views, throw paper airplanes off the top of the column for those who choose, and then eat some of the best fish'n chips in the country at the Bow Picker. Then, off to Gearhart for a bonfire on the beach!
6- Manzanita, Oregon | Sunday, September 13
Our last day will be one spent hanging out at our beach in Manzanita. This is a day you can spend however you want, its a free day. We will be playing badminton, spikeball, frisbee, take walks on the beach, and any exploring you want. Tillamook factory is only 40 mins away for those that want some amazing ice cream, cheese, and a tour of the factory. This day is a free day to do whatever you want.

Game Nights
We'll also be having a game night. It's also a great way to get to know the group and enjoy a night in. If you have any fun games, bring them.
